I wanna get high for once in my life
Because alone at night in bed your texts feel like a godsend and I wish you were home.
Because well lately, well nothing brings me joy.
Yeah, games don't make me happy. Yeah, you don't make me sappy when I'm all alone.
I feel predictably alone.
Because phones can't hold our hands
and I just can't understand your spiritual command over me.
I wanna get high for once in my life.
I wanna someone to love. I wanna find something to do that makes me not wanna die.
I wanna bring joy to someone's eye.
I wanna make somebody feel the way that I wanna feel. I wanna feel full.
I wanna help you live the way that you deserve to live.
I want our lives to be full.

Let’s get some ice cream and coffee
And you know that I don’t drink caffeine
But I can tell that you could use a little pick me up
and we could use a little treat
Maybe we could dancing
Or at least go for a walk by the stream
You know that leaves are gorgeous this time of year
and I the light it does gleam
Off the water / As we wonder
Why we’re so tired all the time
And life both drags and wizzes by
I think each curve is exponential
The point is I am sentimental
How I still can’t get to sleep on time
And all I wanna do is dream at night
So I guess I’m irresponsible
Because my problems they are solvable
Let’s get some ice cream and coffee
Or maybe I’ll get some tea
Something to help me calm my nerves
And some tabs for my lactose disease
You know that I got some issues
Largely with my body
You’ve seen that it doesn’t often behave right
And I often have to be
Very aware / Still you care
Why we’re so tired all the time
And life both drags and wizzes by
